Meet our coaches.

Our coaches have competed at national and international level, and they teach because they enjoy it. What that experience gives a student is time — they already know which lessons matter most, so nobody has to find them the slow way.

Lapanaphan

Co-Founder · Head Coach

Natt has competed for Thailand and Japan since 2011, winning national championships at both high school and university level in Thailand and taking a tournament title and Best Speaker award in Japan. She was also named Best EFL Speaker in Asia. Coaching since 2013, she has mentored national champions, top speakers, and national team members in both countries, designing personalized curricula tailored to each student’s growth. She holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from Hitotsubashi University, Japan, and works as a social sustainability consultant.

Co-Founder · Coach

Time is a national debate champion turned educator, with a decade of coaching experience since high school. He captured the Grand Championship at multiple national tournaments, including the inaugural Thailand Online Debating Championship in 2020, and has mentored students who went on to become national champions and national team members. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science with a minor in Visual Arts from Columbia University and works as an education consultant, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to how he builds a course.

Rattanasampan

Coach

Éclair won the Grand Championship at the Lawyers Council of Thailand’s English Debate Competition 2024, where she was also named 1st Best Speaker, and reached the Reserve Break at the World Universities Debating Championship (WUDC) 2024 in Vietnam. She represented Thailand on the National Debate Development Team from 2021 to 2023. She has coached debate and public speaking for three years, including Bangkok Prep’s World Scholar’s Cup team, and builds her own course material session by session.

Tipayanond

Coach

Tam has been involved in Model United Nations for close to a decade, as a delegate, chair, coach, and organizer. She represented Thammasat MUN as Head Delegate at Harvard National and World MUN, and chaired for both Thammasat and Asia Youth Model United Nations. As Director-General of the Thailand National MUN Conference 2025, she co-founded MUN Network Thailand. She holds a Bachelor of Political Science in Politics and International Relations (BIR) from Thammasat University, and hosts and emcees events — experience that carries into how she handles a live room.

Itthithavorn

Coach

Gin is a decorated competitive debater with international experience since 2013, highlighted by a Grand Championship at the Thailand World Schools Debate Championship (TWSDC) 2015 and selection for the Thailand National Debate Team at fifteen. She also won the EU Thailand National Inter-varsity Debate Championship and the Singapore International Schools’ Debate League, both in 2018. She holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London and an MSc in Stem Cell and Gene Therapy from UCL, a scientific training that shows in how she teaches case construction.

Rattanasampan

Coach

Kendo represented the Thailand National Debate Team at the World Schools Debating Championships (WSDC) 2025 in Panama City, contributing to Thailand’s first-ever back-to-back Double Octofinals break. A grand finalist at multiple national tournaments, he has won several speaker awards nationally and internationally. At Anglo Singapore International School he served as a teaching assistant for the Anglo Debate Team, mentoring juniors who have since become recognized debaters in their own right. He is now studying medicine at Chulabhorn International College of Medicine, Thammasat University.

Nimmanheminda

Coach

Atom won Grand Champion and Best Speaker at the Thailand High School Debating Championship (THSDC) 2025, among other national-level titles. An invited member of the Thailand National Debate Team Pool, she advanced to elimination rounds and earned speaker awards across major national tournaments. She began debating at Triam Udom Suksa School, where she later served as the Debate Club’s President, coaching juniors and overseeing club activities. She channels that experience into a sharp, structured coaching style, focused on clear argumentation and confident delivery.
